The Wishing Well

This is our well. When we first took Liam to see our new home, it was the first thing he noticed. . “Mommy- we have a wishing well! Does that mean we can make wishes?” . I told him we could. And day by day, After we moved into this house After we settled here, After we went to the lake nearby As we began to spend time with neighbors

...I saw happiness blossom. - both for him and for me.

He has told me numerous times “I’m so glad we’re here” and “I really like this house.”

What I hear in those statements and actions was “Thank You Mommy” and “Your hard work paid off” ... and I say to myself... you did it it!

But I’m not done yet 🙂 As his mom, I like to think I teach my son so many things about life... but I am so glad that I have this little boy who reminds me each day to dream and that wishes really can come true.
